OZ and IED at Geneva Motor Show 2012

Cisitalia 202 E: IED with OZ Racing wheels combines the soul of the past with the energy of the future.
The OZ Effect will be visible on some prestigious cars equipped with OZ wheels at the 82nd International Motor Show in Geneva (8-18 March 2012). Cars such as: Cisitalia 202 E equipped with OZ ULTRALEGGERA HLT, Wiesmann GT MF5 with OZ SUPERFORGIATA and Wiesmann Roadster MF3 with OZ ULTRALEGGERA HLT.
The European Institute of Design of Turin (IED) presents a reinterpretation of a true icon of Made in Italy design. Two protagonists of Made in Italy, OZ Racing and IED, have worked together again to share technical research and design skills. The result is a compact, 2-seater sports coupè with a V8 engine of approx. 450bhp and 19 inch OZ wheels. The wheels are based on the ULTRALEGGERA HLT 5 holes, a model of the OZ I-Tech Collection that meets the requirements of modern cars with high technical and aesthetic specifications.
ULTRALEGGERA HLT was created with HLT technology that unites lightness with the resistance necessary to pass the most rigorous tests. Mr. Cesar Mendoza, director of IED Turin said: “the collaboration between the European Institute of Design and OZ means that in Geneva we can present a perfectly finished concept car with a general sense of realism which completes our students’ project”.
